| Introduction | When I was young, I dreamed of being married, having kids, and being a doctor. With much weeping and gnashing of teeth, I have accomplished all of those things. I am married to my high school sweetheart, I have three amazing children, and I have the best job in the world as a pediatrician. Somewhere along the journey, though, some important details have gotten lost. How in the heck did I get here already? We've got a long way to go, and the daily work of getting all the turtles moving sometimes makes it difficult to appreciate the details. So here I am, blogging, to record the journey of my herd.
