Introduction	In our family everything seems to revolve around food. I learnt all about the spices and the difference they make to a dish from my Grandmother who used to refuse to cook unless all spices including the final garnish was available at hand. My Dad taught me all about mixing it up. He was never afraid to try anything edible. I simply loved his stuffed omlettes, soups out of nowhere, fresh tomato juice cocktails and real frothy coffees. Watching Mom cook made me try out fusion cooking. She mixed the east with the west, and served it up with style. And now it is my turn. As my daughters watch me cook, I wonder what will they do when it is their turn. Will they survive on lean cuisines and frozen pizzas? In any case, I hope they give a passing glance to my blog...and maybe even try some of the recipes....With that thought, Bon Appétit !
