I also devote time in helping co-owners and key people understand and do the right things that will prevent differences becoming conflicts and resolve them in the unfortunate event of escalation . Organisations and people find me valuable when they are desirous of bridging the gap between potential and performance and also to prevent and resolve conflicts that can impact value. Schooled in Law from Pune University (1992) and Personnel Management from XLRI, (1994) I secured Gold Medals for academic pursuits from both these institutions.
