Introduction	Rajesh Kavasseri received his B.E in 1995 from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering at Nagpur, India, his M.S. in 1998 from the Indian Institute of Science at Bangalore India and his Ph.D. in 2002 from Washington State University at Pullman, WA, all in Electrical Engineering. His research interests focus on the dynamics, stability/control of bulk electric power systems and reconfiguration/protection for distribution systems. Since 2002, he has been with the Department of Electrical/Computer Engineering, North Dakota State University where he is currently an Associate Professor. He is a senior member of the IEEE.
