| Introduction | 'Gen-Y' is short for 'Generation Y'. The term Generation Y describes those children born between 1980–1995, and in some cases encapsulates those born as late as 2000. We are also called the "Internet Generation" or "The Millenials". However we are all individual persons with individual points of view. Thanks to ICS for giving us a voice. |
