| Introduction | Why Butterfly and Song? Well, my name in the Greek means "butterfly" - so that's where that comes from. The song part, well that's a little more complex. I've always enjoyed music and singing from a very young age. When I surrendered my life to Christ, worship music became my main focus. Not that I never listen to other kinds of music (because I do!), but worship keeps my focus on Jesus! Recently, I was diagnosed with cancer. The journey I've been on has had its hills and valleys, this blog will mostly be about that. I'd love to hear your thoughts and comments as we go. Thanks for reading. |
| Interests | I enjoy studying God's Word, spending time with family and friends, reading, writing, cooking, and hiking and taking walks. I'm a foodie of sorts, so that's where my love of cooking comes in. My pallet has changed recently and I'm following a ketogenic diet and loving it. I also enjoy coffees brewed in non-conventional methods - V60, Chemex, Aeropress and the like. A good pour-over never disappoints. |
