About me

Introduction	I am currently a stay at home mom, but before having a baby I was a Chemistry teacher at a large high school in West Texas. While teaching, I loved to explain Chemistry using every day examples, such as cooking. While pregnant, my husband and I moved to southeast Texas and I became a stay at home mom. I now devote my days to cooking, cleaning, and playing with my son. I miss teaching Chemistry and often think of the lesson plans I had and how they relate to what I am making in the kitchen. On this blog I will attempt to teach the reader some Chemistry while also serving up some great recipes.
