| Introduction | The human heart is imperfect, but when we give our hearts to God, He can take the imperfect and make something beautiful. I usually describe myself as a Grandmother of 18. These are only the ones that are still in this life. I have 3 more that are in heaven. I guess although they are still part of me I don't add them to the number because sometimes it is just too painful to have to explain it to anyone except those that are really close to me. It is just like I say that I have 4 children but actually I also have one in heaven. Too much explaining. Next to My savior, Jesus Christ,and God the Father, my family is the most important part of my life. Mostly I want to glorify God for all the blessings He has been so gracious to allow me to experience. But also for the heartaches He has allowed so that I might grow to lean on Him and not on myself. God does not comfort us to make us comfortable but to make us comforters. |
| Interests | My family, dogs, gardening, making earrings and braclets, some crocheting (nothing that takes too long, I don't like to sit and count too many stitches) travel, seeing historic places, Photography, reading, talking to interesting people, walking in our woods, watching life go on around me. |
