Introduction Hello and welcome to my blog! As a Certified NSCA Personal Trainer, and Director and Founder of Sage Fitness, I believe exercise provides numerous benefits for the mind, body and spirit. I wanted to create a place where people can connect, grow and become more empowered through functional and fun exercises. My experience has spanned over twenty years in changing people’s lives with one-on-one customized weight loss and strength training programs designed for reaching optimum health and activity. Trained and certified in Manhattan as a Stotts Pilates Instructor, my classes are designed to incorporate postural symmetry, balance, and to learn how to correctly recruit the powerhouse, deep core muscles that trim and strengthen the abdominals, hips and back.
