Introduction	After surviving a heart attack on January 13, 2012, I went from casually trying to live a healthy life to passionately pursuing it. Living intentionally. Living in the moment. Living with a purpose. I want to be around for awhile for my boys, my husband, and myself. God has seen fit to allow me to be here awhile longer. This is my journey.
