Introduction	I'm a recently-graduated chemical engineering major from Minnesota. I got my degree from Michigan Tech, and served in the Peace Corps as a high school science and English teacher in Mozambique from Dec. 2014 to 2016. I'm a fan of cross country skiing, running, reading, gardening, knitting, and working in research labs. The most regrettable aspect of my Peace Corps service by far is the sad, sad lack of snow in Moz ;)
