| Introduction | From 1996-2000 as Project Leader / Investigator/ Reporter of the ORG-MARG, led a team of six Investigator/Reporters to complete the project successfully. Which was excellent out put of the study/news/report and in timely we give the message to the representative head. From 2000 to till date, as Founder and Chief Functionary of the Mayurbhanj Biological Research (MBR) instigated a number of research programmes and negotiated several successful grant applications. During this period I came to contact with various Scientific, Educational, Environmental, Health, Financial institute, University, Management Collage, and Developmental Research and conservation Organisation of India and abroad. Since January 2000 I have been Executive Director /Founder of Mayurbhanj Biological Research(MBR)with overall management and Development responsibilities. Recentely we have started our "Youth Network" to look after the youth activies at school,college and university in Orissa. |

Conservation of natural enemies. Applied entomology with particular reference to the tropics, biological control and integrated pest management.Identification and information database systems of living flora and fauna with the help of qualified specialists. |
