| Favorite movies | For dumbness/quotability: Clueless, Night at the Roxbury, Dumb and Dumber, Great White Hype, and my ONE disney nod: Aladdin. For Breathtakingly Painful: Brokeback Mountain, Monsters Ball, PRIME! (the flashback of the goodtimes of the relationship always gets me crying), Raising Victor Vargas, Eternal Sunshine, and Love Liza. Never fails to scare: Ring 1, Blair Witch Project 1, The Exorcist. Just AWESOME: Secretary, Birthday Girl, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Dirty Pretty Things, Station Agent. Mindbending: Matrix (Only the first one, natch) Requiem for a Dream, Butterfly Effect, Happiness. And just to add, I did NOT get: Closer, Junebug, Ice Storm, and was completely unimpressed by Crash. As for not as bad as everyone thinks: Glitter. Yes, the Mariah Carey Movie. |
| Favorite music | Mainly Rap/Hip Hop. Dipset, Little Wayne etc. Real country with fiddle, steel guitar, a real twang. So basically, Johnny, Waylon, Merle, Willie, Roseanne Cash, Mary Chapin Carpenter, etc. Some adult contemporary and pop music as well. I don't discriminate unless it's untalented and uninspired. Except Britney Spears. I'm obsessed. |
| Favorite books | Damn near any John Irving, Louise Erdrich, or Barbara Kingsolver. Also LOVE short stories, Irwin Shaw, Solzhenitzyn, and I'm a voracious reader so I can't name them all. |
