| Introduction | After 28 years as a Firefighter / Paramedic for the City of Deerfield Beach Florida, Chef Juan decided to follow his passion for all things culinary and made his dreams come true by graduating Magna Cum Laude from The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He then went on to further his chef education with the American Personal & Private Chef Association APPCA. Using his extensive fire house cooking background coupled with his passion for healthy homemade cooking, he started The Hungry Cuban Personal Chef Service to provide exceptional nutritious foods to his clients who wish to entertain and dine in the comfort of their own home. Chef Juan is also a Certified Personal Trainer and nutrition and healthy eating are very important to him. All menus are custom designed to suit each client’s culinary preferences, dietary restrictions or medical needs. Chef Juan is a proud member of the, “American Personal & Private Chef Association“. He is also ServSafe Certified and fully licensed and insured. |
