| Introduction | Gloria Lindsay is a retired junior high school teacher with a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and a Master of Science in Education from USC. She has two daughters, the younger of which she home-schooled until age thirteen. Gloria details this home-schooling experience in her book Triumph Over Trauma: Learning Begins In Infancy.
For many years, Gloria has embraced a holistic and spiritual approach to life. Five years ago, after studying Lee Carroll's book The New Beginning with Paula McIntyre, a friend and spiritual healer from San Diego, Gloria had a vivid dream in which she saw herself as a poetess, reading and writing inspirational poems. Encouraged by this experience, and with the constant support of her husband Ed, daughters Crystal and Jennifer, and many friends, she set out to channel poetry from the Divine. The poems that resulted can be found in her anthologies Connections With Spirit and Guided By Spirit, both currently available through Author House Publishing and Amazon.com. Gloria currently resides in Orange County, California. |
