| Introduction | Incredibly Fed is a fresh partnership in food preparation for parties and events. Our two partners, Ghaz and Kieron, have diverse yet complementary cultural and culinary backgrounds and together create a stylish fusion of tastes and presentation in their cooking. Ghaz is from Kuala Lumpur and has lived in London for many years. His cultural heritage combines Thai and Malay cuisine and he enjoys nothing more than a trip to China Town to source Asian fruits and vegetables which he used to buy at the local market or grow in his garden. He is a true alchemist with Oriental herbs and spices. Kieron, an Irishman spent his childhood in Yemen before heading to Dublin with his family. His early exposure to Arab and East African cuisine as well as later travel sparked his passion for combining classic European cuisine with Middle Eastern traditions.
