| Introduction | As a former Starbucks barista, I developed a passion and a taste for all things coffee. Through countless French presses, I honed my pallet until I was able to distinguish the many nuances of various beans. I went through extensive training in order to become a certified Coffee Master. During my coffee journey at Starbucks and beyond, I kept track of the coffees I had tried and maintained a detailed account in my coffee passport. "To Coffee, From Me" is letters to personified beans I have loved, enjoyed, and disliked. These letters are personal and biased; they are based off of my own opinions and tastes.
