| Introduction | (updated march 2024) I'm Vlad Simionescu, a programmer living in Bucharest, Romania. Since july 2023 I'm a registered contractor, my business name is Simionescu Vlad PFA. You can find me on the site of the romanian finance ministry. (I used to be a programmer-analyst at Softwin, a Bucharest software company that among others develops the quite successful BitDefender anti-virus.)
