| Introduction | Shew graduated from Central Union High School in Fresno with a diploma (1977). Shew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University-Fresno (CSU-Fresno) after graduating from high school. Shew became an insurance specialist the next year, laying the groundwork for a job that would last for the rest of his life. Work for a good cause and a good cause Shew is a community leader and active member in Fresno. Shew was voted to the Board of Directors of Total Life Change (TLC), a local faith-based organization that provides an inexpensive option for families battling with drug and alcohol addiction and recovery, in 2020. TLC employs a whole-family approach to help the individual and their support system achieve more positive outcomes. Wellman is currently serving at Clovis Hills Community Church as a Celebrate Recovery training leader. He is also a member of Warriors Heart Ministry's Board of Directors. |
