| Introduction | In 2005, I completed the cruise consellor certification program run by the cruise industry organization, CLIA, and have been designated as an Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC). This certification program consisted of ship inspections, cruise travel on different cruise lines, cruise seminars and classroom instructional programs on various aspects of the cruise industry. In my former career, I was involved for many years in medical diagnostic and pharmaceutical R&D. |
