Introduction	I was born in sept 1939 and was educated in primary ascool at Kerekai and Yedalli( a primary school near my grand mothers place),Marikamba High School Sirsi and Karnatak College Dharwar and karnataka Universty Dharwar and was a teacher of economics at BVB collegeBidar,SDM College Honnavar and Rearcher Karnataka universty.Subsequently, I joined Karnataka Government Secreteriate as director Planning and retired in 1997.
