| Introduction | Thanks to the Cooking Channel, I found a passion for cooking that I never knew I had. Growing up in an Italian family you'd think I would have caught on to cooking sooner, but I had my Mom and Grandmother who cooked for me all the time so why learn! I couldn't even fry an egg when I first got married but have come a long way since then. I try a new recipe every week and either add it my recipe box or scratch it depending on reactions from family and friends. Recently moving to Florida I found meeting new neighbors easy thru food. They provide the wine and I provide a home-cooked meal. I am getting to experiment with new recipes and they get to rate the new recipe. My daughter-in-law and son(who I am proud to say also love to cook) encouraged me to write a blog on my cooking experiences. I'm a kinda new at this blogging thing but figured I'd give it a try. I hope you find it interesting and give some of the recipes a try. Enjoy!! |
