| Introduction | Liz and I (Christina) have been friends for almost four years and through that time we have talked about different styles of eating, health, etc. and recently have been curious about the lifestyle of a vegan. We decided to give it a try, together, over lent. Although netiher one of us are religious or have an moral convictions, we thought it would be something to experiement with. Since we no longer live together or within driving distance to each other, we are going to attempt this from 1130 miles apart.
