| Introduction | I am a Nursing student destined for my Masters. I am finishing up the Bachelors within the next year and half. I have three great kids. 2 of them are my step children and they are a true delight. I am so glad I get to be their mom. My husband is a Sgt in the Marine Corps. So with that said we have such a busy life. I enjoy taking a few moments to update everyone one how we are doing and hopefully share some words of couponing wisdom to help everyone make that dollar go just a bit further. Times are tough for all. I know for us there is a light. We are both in marketable fields that will make it so I can put my kids through college. That is the one of the top priorities in our home. Education is key and giving them the self esteem to believe they can do anything is what we try to teach. So in this blog you will hear my stories about the things my kids are doing now, they truly are a comic relief sometimes, some savings ideas, couponing 101, family updates, and more I am sure. |

| Favorite music | No country...I may live in some sticks but am from the city and I am a city girl through and through. I enjoy classics while still rocking out to Lady Ga Ga with my teenage girls :) |
| Favorite books | Wish I had more time for books besides BIG FAT text books! BUT I have to say Freakanomics & Superfreakanomics are two of my favs! |
