Introduction	I started this blog in August/2006 to chronicle my training for my first Half-Marathon. Since then I have run two marathons, five half-marathons and many other races as I've transformed myself from a drunken couch potato to a runner. Now I'm in training for the toughest race of them all- childbirth.
