Introduction	Working as a professional chef has brought me to many exciting places. Begining my career at the CIA in Hyde Park New York I embarked on a journey of learning. During this time I worked in New York City, Napa Valley, New Orleans,Innsbruck Austria, Atlantic City, Indiana, a cruise ship and Baltimore. Now a certified executive pastry chef and certified master baker I take on my greatest challenge yet. Opening my own bakery!!
