| Introduction | I am a mommy to a 14 month old baby boy who has suffered through PPD/PPA/PPOCD and feel as though I have finally survived this nightmare. So I am finally ready to share my experience in hopes of helping other new mommies who feel hopeless or need a friend. My hubby is in the Navy so my supprt system was very limited. I had to rely on postpartum forums to get me through. I have made lifelong friends through my only support group and hope to inspire others and befriend others as well. |
