| Introduction | My name is Kimberly and this is my blog. I write about a lot of random things from food and cooking to homeschooling to adoption to what it's like living with the 6 smallish people who call me mom. That's not a typo. I did mean to type 6. Don't ask me how we got so many of them. I'm not sure myself. I think somebody left the Vacancy sign lit one night and they just kind of showed up. They liked the accomodations well enough and decided to stick around for the next 18 or so years. I'm married to a city boy turned farmer wanna-be. We are working to make his dream of living as a poor but happy farmer come true. In the meantime, he spends his days as an engineer which does allow us to afford some of the essentials like food, shelter, and way, way too many books.
