| Introduction | I am a mommy of two AMAZING little girls which we call the BERGER BABES and a full time professional in the banking industry. My husband and I have been married for almost 6 years - he is a southern guy and I am a Baltimore gal that headed south for college and made NC my permanent home. We found out we were unexpectedly pregnant with our first daughter less than a year after we married and welcomed our second almost two years later. We are an interfaith family (Jewish and Presbyterian) doing our best to honor both our religions and our parents' heritage. Hubby works for a national home buildder and introduced me to the world of building / rennovating our own homes - it has been a whirlwind since the day we met. We are always doing something and tend to never just RELAX - which is just not in our DNA! I am FRUGAL (which is a MAJOR understatement) and always on the hunt for the biggest bang for my buck whether clothing, cars, home goods, or building costs . . . I hope you enjoy a little peak into our world. |
