Introduction	Well I had finally created a food blog previously on the urging of a few people and have been neglecting it a lot due to a change in my lifestyle. I have been attempting to live a Ketogenic lifestyle since March 2017 and have fallen off due to life impacting situations but am still moving forward and look forward to each day and sharing what I learn and know with each of you.
Interests	fishing, camping, going to the beach, traveling, shooting pool, cooking, meeting new people, live bands & concerts, going to the movies and more.
Favorite movies	Seriously just about everything except rap
Favorite music	30STM, MCR, Soundgarden, Maroon 5, Blue October, Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias and much, much, MUCH more!
