On a personal note: I'm brand new at the gluten free game and am finding it interesting, challenging, fascinating and wholly frustrating. I have been suffering for 26 years from Wheat (Gluten) & Lactose allergies. My health issues have been misdiagnosed, overlooked, pushed aside, treated in many different ways none successful however until recently...
