| Introduction | I am a simple girl, learning daily to be comfortable in my own skin. I love God deeply and love how intimately present He is in my life. I am the wife of Ray, who is a pretty amazing guy. We have been married fifteen years and have had quite an adventure in our life together so far. This adventure has taken us to far off lands and back again. He is by far my most favorite person in the whole wide world. I am the mom to two beautiful children. I love them dearly. They make me smile and in the same breath can make me plumb crazy. Recently a little French Bulldog wandered into our yard and adopted us as her family. She has enough attitude to take on the world, and has made me an avid watcher of the Dog Whisperer. But with a face like her's you can't help but love her. Much to my surprise we are SIX years into our homeschooling journey! I never saw myself as a homeschool Mom, but I have been so surprised by the process and all that God is teaching me through it. We are currently settling into a new season of life. I am not where I thought I'd be today, but I am exactly where I should be. I'm finding there is peace in that, and I'm learning to enjoy the journey. |
