Introduction	Our journey started many years ago while we were teaching Kinder, 2nd and 4th grades. We knew there was something more out there for us AND our learners! Eventually we 3 ended up teaching 4th grade together... and that's when our passion for teaching turned into passion for learning. Cheryl is a mom to a daughter. She has taught 2nd and 3rd graders, has been an Instructional Specialist, and currently teaches Gifted 1st-6th graders and is an Arts Integration Specialist. Cheryl has been teaching in Arizona for 25 years. Jean is a mom to two daughters and a son, and has taught in Arizona for 28 years. She spent most of her career in Kinder and first grade. Jean made the jump to 3rd grade, looped one year with her class to 4th grade, and is also an Arts Integration Specialist. Melissa is a mom to two boys. She has been teaching for 20 years in Arizona. She began her career at a very Traditional School. Back then she was a traditional teacher with a capital T! Melissa is also a 4th grade teacher and an Arts Integration Specialist.
