Introduction	I am a happily married father of two wonderful kids who enjoys running, the outdoors, and traveling. I originally returned to running so I could lose extra weight. I not only lost over 50 pounds, but also have completed 3 marathons, qualified for the Boston Marathon, and am a member of the Brooks ID Team and the Running Fit Ultramarathon Team (RUT).
