IntroductionI'm working on a project tentatively titled "University, Court, and Slave" about moral philosophy and pro- and anti-slavery thought in the United States in the years leading into Civil War (particularly in the judiciary) and also one tentatively titled "Reading the Great Constitutional Dream Book" about African American ideas of equality and law in the early twentieth century; also, I'm working on some smaller projects on implied trust beneficiaries and monument law, too.
