| Introduction | Hi, If you’ve never heard of me before I’m Jayne, Unfit, Fat & Over Forty (WAAAY over forty if I’m honest). That’s 3 of the bad F words, from a health point of view. In other words like many other Australians out there I need to lose weight both to increase my energy levels and perhaps even to save my life! So in an effort to address my problems and try to lose weight and increase my wellness I’ve decided to do my very own lifestyle challenge, using Herbalife products.
