I am very much interested in found beauty - treasures from antique shops and thrift stores that can be enjoyed again. It makes so much sense to own something that is preloved - it helps our earth and somehow brings much more joy to know that some others have enjoyed this beauty before. Time gives us a patina that can't be faked, and these somewhat inert objects are energetically infused, I'm sure, with glorious memories of life's wonderful moments shared. Love, joy, beauty and our connections to those blissful moments...I am thankful as there is nothing like it in life. |
