Introduction	Established late last year (2006), Jubileo, Inc. supports the volunteer work of Rich Mier and Rita Caufield at two health care facilities in Ecuador - the Centro Medico Hombro A Hombro, and Centro Recuperacion Nutricional - and the work of a few other health and education projects in Honduras and Guatemala. Jubileo, Inc. has a volunteer board of directors, no employees, and is explicitly dedicated to improving health and education of the poor in Central and South America.
