Introduction	I was born and raised in Georgiana, Alabama and moved to Perdido Key, Florida in 2003 after college and a state and accounting career in Montgomery, Alabama. At the time, I worked as a financial software consulting with Microsoft. In 2008, I formed my own software consulting firm - the MSX Group - with five other former employees of Microsoft. While my software business keeps me very busy, I still find time to involve myself with the community on and around Perdido Key. I am currently president of the Old River Optimist Club (OROC), a local charity group working to improve the lives of area kids; I have art on display and for sale at Artworks Studio & Gallery; I am studying piano under the instruction of DL Murphy; and I am striving to make living and working on Perdido Key a better and better way of life for myself and those around me, especially through my involvement with the Perdido Key Chamber of Commerce.
