| Introduction | Food has always been a love of mine. It doesn't matter if I'm cooking, eating, working or perusing an obscure Korean market. I have a passion for food, pure and simple.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition and wanted to go to culinary school, but decided after working in a fine dining restaurant kitchen I wasn't cut out for that kind of stress. It would take the fun out of what I enjoy so much. So, here I am, a stay at home mom with several years of food industry work experience under my belt and armed with a kitchen full of opportunities.
