Introduction	I was born in Minneapolis and grew up in Minnesota and Virginia. I'm happily married (for 46 years) to Jon. We have two grown children (both married) and seven grandchildren (including a twin set). My degree is elementary education, and I've taught a number of years in private Christian schools, usually double grades, usually 3rd and 4th. I've also done foster care for newborns.

If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?

I wouldn't try to avoid laughing. I'd laugh every time I said it!
