Introduction	I have a Doctorate in Theology and I am Nationally and State Certified as an American Sign Language Interpreter through RID, NAD and LCD. I have a passion to learn. I am always amazed at the complexity and the simplicity of all of God's creation. The human body, all creatures, the universe and beyond are all testament to His brilliance... and to top all of that, the foods, herbs and nutrients that God has placed in our hands are all we need for complete health and healing. I have decided I am going back to the basics. I gotta' say, "I am having fun doing it!" My husband, John, and I live in New Orleans.
