| Introduction | Idealist, Realist, and "Complicated Wreck" (to quote one of my favorite movies). I'm a soon-to-be thirty-something, college grad, LEO wife, and mother. I graduated college and married my best friend in 2010, moved to Virginia from Pennsylvania, and have since been adjusting to being one of four "Rieke girls" in a big family of boys. I now have two adorable (and very adventurous) boys of my own. I am constantly learning and constantly healing. I understand what it's like to be a victim of mental and emotional abuse. I am no stranger to chaos. I seek truth and I believe in grace. I am grateful for the hope I've found in Christ and His blessings in my life. I don't really know what I'm doing on a day-to-day basis but every victory counts. I can rest in knowing that I am wholly loved by an incredible God. |
