| Introduction | Crayola in hand and a brown paper bag as a canvas, my life began with an insatiable curiosity. After a career spanning half a century, very little has changed. The crayons have given way to magic markers and the brown paper to whiteboards. But, the focus has remained the same – an intense passion for creativity, connection and communication. My fondest memories are when my curiosity fueled creativity to the point where it became catalytic, where ideas erupted and innovation flowed. I am blessed with the ability to rapidly conceptualize, and communicate ideas and get people excited about them. I “talk” with my hands and love to bring dreams to life, vision to value. Whether I’m drawing an idea map or sketching a brand concept, I get a rush out of brainstorming and facilitating. There’s no greater feeling than experiencing that magic moment when ideas come to life. These conversations form a canvas for me to share my experiences and reflect on my sources of inspiration from art to architecture, books to boutiques and music to movies.
