| Introduction | I'm an obsessive gardener living in the mid-Hudson Valley of New York State. Gardening has been a hobby most of my life and I've been a garden writer and photographer for over a decade. I'm a Master Gardener emeritus as well as a former Cornell Cooperative Extension Community Horticulture Educator. I also had a small heirloom seedling business in the 1990s, but now I focus on writing and speaking. Sometimes I even find time to work in my own garden.
