| Introduction | The name is NEVES, Silvino Neves. I am a Timorese writer, poet, rapper, film director, lecturer, tutor, translator and interpreter. I started writing poems since middle school, then became acquainted and taught by the Timorese poet Bernabe "Abe" Barreto. I worked for the Portuguese Cultural Center in Dili, as a part-time librarian, I am a rapper by the name of MC Snow, I have directed a short film entitled Revival submitted to the Indonesian Dance Festival in 2022, I lecture for English classes at Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa'e, and I have worked as translator and interpreter for several Non-Governmental Organizations in Timor-Leste. |
