| Introduction | I'm a well traveled Scot, having finally settled in Canada after spending the last 2 years in China, New Zealand, Hong Kong, USA and Scotland...and before that to-ing and fro-ing between Scotland, Miami and France. I have a son, Callum, who is nearly 5 months and Scott, my other half, is a Kiwi. I started this blog to motivate myself and help others to blitz that belly! Especially after having a baby. 5 weeks after the birth I couldn't walk up my street without panting (SHOCKING!!!) when I was always healthy before so I gave myself a buttkick. |
| Interests | I love field hockey and have recently rejoined the stick wielding brigade! After 2 years in China it was a challenge getting back onto the pitch without coughing up a lung but I joined a great team and we have a laugh on and off the pitch. |
| Favorite music | Anything and everything! My iPod is my best friend! I have an iPod shuffle I use for workouts with lots of great cardio music. I listen to everything from Andrea Bocelli, Frank Sinatra to Duffy and Amy Winehouse to The Killers and Cold Play and Pink. |
| Favorite books | If you saw our apartment you would understand that choosing one book is hard! Both myself and Scott are huge readers and book lovers. We recently had all our boxes shipped over from China and the majority of them were boxes of books! Our spare room is a library come gym! I enjoy a good formula novel to unwind to but I also like a literary challenge. |
