Introduction	I am David Mathis, and I have come to realize that I enjoy writing poetry almost as much as I like writing prose. If I were a more honest man, I would admit that there have been times when I enjoyed writing poetry more than I enjoyed writing prose. I like to laugh and have fun, but I also like to think I have the intelligence to know when to be serious. I love writing, used to be an art major, love doing art, and I love to read. I'm also hardcore enough to play Pokemon competitively. Hit me up if you want to have a pokemon battle. I'm always down to throw down.
Interests	I like to draw a lot. My favorite mediums are charcoal and pen, which I occasionally use in tandem. I like to write, and all things considered, I REALLY like to play video games. I consider myself a fairly hardcore gamer. Sometimes, that makes me sad. Sometimes it does not.
Favorite books	1984, Lord of the Flies, A Tale of Two Cities, Harry Potter, The Road,The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass, Catch 22, the list is absolutely endless
