| Introduction | Aloha! My name is Melissa and I am the owner of Island Girl Cakes (TM). I offer creative Cake Pops, Cake Truffles and Cake Bites for any occasion. I began offering custom cakes and cupcakes. Later, I was introduced to Bakerella and Cake Pops and fell in love immediately. I decided to try my hand at it and quickly found out that they were a favorite not only for my customers but, for myself as well! Not long after I decided to begin offering Cake Pops exclusively. And...I haven't looked back! Our "Over the Rainbow" collection are our signature pops. Named as a tribute to one of our favorite singers and songs...Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwoʻole and his rendition of "Over the Rainbow". Our pineapple mascot is fondly named "Izzy" again, as a tribute.
