| Introduction | I'm known by the local police department, but not for the usual reasons. I am the poster mother for whenparentstext.com . My kids will enjoy telling you about my many varied and bizarre reactions when they follow my command to "Wake me up when you get home." My unfinished projects number in the thousands but do not include my children. Other parents yell my kids' names out at sporting events to cheer them on - 'cause I have a problem similar to those who can't pee away from home - I can't yell away from home. I'm the only one in my marriage who has not had a speeding ticket but once upon a time, after being pulled over for speeding, I was lectured and did get a stern warning from the Ohio State Patrol Trooper to "Clean that purse up Ma'am". I've interrupted a police sting operation and also reported someone to the police for dumping a kitty into the dumpster. Turned out it was just the "litter" part of the kitty. My bad. |
